Terms of Use
Last Updated: July 30, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of calibrationconnection.com and its content, forms, links, and online features (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Calibration Connection, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Calibration Connection,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about Calibration Connection, our business, and our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (“ADAS”) diagnostic, repair, scanning, and calibration services. It also allows visitors to contact us and request appointments.
The Site is provided for informational and communication purposes. Using the Site, submitting a contact form, or requesting an appointment does not by itself create a customer, contractual, professional, or service-provider relationship with Calibration Connection.
2. Automotive and Safety Information
Information on the Site is general in nature and is not a substitute for an inspection, diagnostic procedure, repair procedure, calibration procedure, or vehicle-specific evaluation by a qualified professional.
ADAS requirements vary by vehicle, manufacturer, model, equipment, repair history, damage, environmental conditions, and applicable original-equipment-manufacturer procedures. Service descriptions on the Site do not guarantee that a particular service is appropriate, available, or sufficient for a specific vehicle.
Do not rely on the Site to determine whether a vehicle is safe to drive. If you believe a vehicle or safety system may be damaged, improperly calibrated, or malfunctioning, stop using the affected feature and consult a qualified automotive professional. A vehicle that may be unsafe should not be driven and may need to be transported for inspection.
Nothing on the Site constitutes a certification that a particular vehicle or ADAS feature is operating safely or correctly.
3. Appointments and Scheduling Requests
The Site may allow you to contact us or request an appointment. Appointment requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Calibration Connection.
Submitting a requested date or time does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from us or through an authorized scheduling system.
The Site may direct you to an appointment platform operated by a third-party provider, including Car ADAS Plus Scheduler. Information submitted through an external scheduling service is processed through that provider’s system and may be shared with Calibration Connection to process your request.
Your use of a third-party scheduling service may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
4. Automotive Services and Separate Agreements
These Terms govern use of the Site. They do not replace or modify the terms of any estimate, authorization, work order, invoice, warranty, service agreement, account agreement, or other written document relating to automotive services.
The scope, price, timing, warranty, and other terms of actual services will be established through the applicable service documents or other written agreement between Calibration Connection and the customer.
If these Terms conflict with a signed or accepted service document concerning actual automotive services, the service document will control with respect to those services.
5. Contact Forms and Communications
When you submit information through the Site, you agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to provide.
Providing your contact information authorizes Calibration Connection to respond to your request using the email address, telephone number, or other contact method you provide. This authorization is limited to communications reasonably related to your inquiry, appointment, requested service, or existing business relationship. It is not consent to unrelated automated marketing.
Do not submit payment-card information, Social Security numbers, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive or confidential information through the Site’s contact form.
You grant Calibration Connection permission to use information submitted through the Site as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, coordinate an appointment, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, and protect against spam or misuse.
6. Privacy and Website Security
Our collection and use of personal information through the Site are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Site uses security tools, including Google reCAPTCHA, to help protect forms from spam, fraud, and automated abuse.
Although we take reasonable measures intended to protect the Site, we cannot guarantee that the Site will always be secure, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content—including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, icons, page designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Calibration Connection and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Calibration Connection grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable right to access and use the Site for lawful personal or business-information purposes.
Except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written authorization, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Site content;
- Modify or create derivative works from Site content;
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
- Use our name, logos, or branding in a manner that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement;
- Frame, mirror, scrape, or systematically extract Site content.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any use that applicable law expressly permits.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Send spam, malicious code, malware, or harmful content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, accounts, or connected systems;
- Interfere with the Site’s availability, operation, or security;
- Circumvent security, access-control, or anti-abuse features;
- Collect information about other users without authorization;
- Use automated systems to access or burden the Site in a manner inconsistent with ordinary browsing;
- Infringe the rights of Calibration Connection or another person.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Site is being misused.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to scheduling platforms, map services, social-media pages, manufacturers, service providers, or other third-party websites.
Third-party websites are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and availability. Calibration Connection does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, services, security, or privacy practices.
A third-party link is provided for convenience and does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. You access third-party websites at your own discretion and risk.
10. Website Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time.
We make reasonable efforts to keep Site information accurate and current, but information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated material. Service descriptions, locations, business hours, availability, and other Site content may change without notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Calibration Connection disclaims warranties concerning the Site, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Site will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free;
- Site content will be complete or suitable for a particular purpose;
- Defects will be corrected immediately;
- The Site or its server will be free of viruses or harmful components;
- An appointment request will be accepted or confirmed;
- A particular service will be available or appropriate for a specific vehicle.
This section applies only to the Site and does not modify any written warranty expressly provided in connection with completed automotive services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calibration Connection and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to:
- Access to or inability to access the Site;
- Reliance on Site content;
- Errors, omissions, interruptions, or security incidents involving the Site;
- Third-party websites or services;
- Information submitted through unauthorized or insecure means;
- Misuse of the Site by another person.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
This limitation concerns use of the Site. Liability relating to automotive services may be addressed separately in an applicable estimate, work order, invoice, warranty, or service agreement.
13. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calibration Connection and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Information or material you submit through the Site;
- Your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify Calibration Connection for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent legally permitted, disputes arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or having jurisdiction over Cuyahoga County, Ohio. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Site, our business practices, or applicable requirements.
Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Changes become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
17. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that or another provision in the future.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Calibration Connection regarding use of the Site.
They do not replace or modify any separate agreement concerning automotive services, estimates, work orders, invoices, warranties, commercial accounts, or other business relationships.
